Horrible company to do business with. The house we leased was dirty when we moved in. No painting had been done. Backyard was a jungle. We were told it would be cleaned and yard fixed. Husband was transferred with job, we were told we would get our deposit back. They did not tell the truth about anything. The house was nicer when we left. The walk through went perfect before we moved. People in the office are not honest people. We wish we could find out who owns the company to complain about the help they have running their office in Memphis.
