I went to Saito to redeem a gift certificate. Before I ordered I wanted to verify the certificate was still good. There was not an expiration date on the certificate. I was told by management that Saito would not honor the gift certificate. The reason being, the person who had signed the certificate was no longer employed by Saito. This did not make sense to me since they collected $20.00 for the certificate. It shouldn't matter whether or not the person who signed the certificate was still employed or not.

The food is very gooda and the service during lunch is excellent. The atmosphere is like the old Japanese movie sceens where the lighting is not very good and the decorations are minimal, except of course for the water feature.
