Ridgeway Elementary School serves more than 430 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It also operates a learning center and music, technology, and health and physical education departments. Ridgeway Elementary School has a staff that includes a guidance counselor, nurse, library assistant, speech and language pathologist, reading specialist, occupational therapist and paraprofessionals. The school operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various fundraising activities for the development of the school. Located in Memphis, Tenn., Ridgeway Elementary School is a part of Memphis City Schools.
