Performance Contracting offers interior contracting, clean-room construction, cold storage construction, insulation services, marine contracting, fire protection and industrial cleaning. It is part of the Performance Contracting Group, which owns and operates a family of companies that offer specialty-contracting services. Other Performance Contracting Group companies include Performance Abatement Services, which provides asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation, build-back services and soft demolition services; Masthead International, which offers printing press and precision machinery erection, semiconductor tool installation and electrical contracting; and Performance Contracting International, a specialty contractor that offers interior and clean-room construction services to international clients. Performance Contracting is located in Lenexa, Kan., and operates additional offices throughout the United States, including a branch location in Memphis, Tenn.
