My husband purchased a cricut machine for a gift for me and paid cash. I tried to use it once and it was defective. I went back to them the next week with the receipt and was told they would not return it since it had been used. They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me that I would have to get a refund from them since they had my money. They still refused. I will NEVER do business here again!!!
