On 07/14/06, I went through the drive thru and ordered a steak and egg, cheese Ms Griddle combo. I was told that the price would be extra and I stated Fine. When I got my food. it was cold and the McGrioddle lacked cheese. I went into the restaurant and explained that my order was incorrect. i have ordered this meal at several location and it never look like that. The steak was cut up and there was no cheese. I then asked to change my order to a sausage, egg, cheese MscGriddle combo and the manager stated that I owed them 40 cent. The total for my steak combo was $5.25. i knew this was incorrect because I am a faithful customer. It should have been $4.05 for the g, and cheese Mc Griddle combo. The manager argued with me and I left out of the store. This is poor customer service. Now., I am stuck with a cold breakfast and Mc Donal's owes me $1.20.
