A friend recommended these guys so I felt good about having them do the work. Big Mistake. Very sneaky with their prices and I ended up having to get the work redone somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!

I took my car to this garage for service. I paid them over $1400 for tires, tire alignment, oil change, and alternator belt replaced. I was told by Larry that the work was guaranteed and I was given a warranty. Two months later while driving 70 on the hwy the car lost power. I had no brakes or steering or power. It turned out the work they had done on the belt was not done correctly. The bolts broke off, the bracket bent, and the belt blew. It cost me $230 to get towed and have a new belt put on. Now my car is damaged from the thing blowing apart while doing 70 MPH on the hwy. The bracket is bent and the alternator is now misaligned already causing the new belt to frey because it now rubs due to the misalignment caused by it blowing. Mattei has refused to honor their warranty, refund the amount I spent on repairs or to fix the damage I now have to my car. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. THEY DO NOT DO GOOD WORK OR HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

I have taken my cars to numerous mechanic shops over the past 30 years and my experiances with Mr. Ralph Mattei at his business have been great. He and his chief mechanic , Mr. Dean Loshe, have always repaired my cars back to factory specs and the best thing is the way they have treated me and my whole family. I can ask them any question and they always explain the answer in a way that I can understand it, because I am not a mechanical person..
If you want honest, quality work done on your car, take it to Mr. Mattei & Mr. Loshe. I recommend this shop to everybody.
