I travel to Memphis twice a month at least and of all the places I have to visit, this is by far the worst. The one man/white guy that sits in the front office has no people skills at all. Everyone else that works in the office are the most pleasant people you can ever meet. When he is the one I have to deal with my day is trashed. If you have no people skills the front office is not where you need to be.
