General Info

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available items and ship backordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent UPS Ground unless another carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Freight charges for truck shipment will be added to the order. Express shipments will be accepted and sent as the customer specifies. Orders ship F.O.B. drop-ship origin, F.O.B. Memphis, TN. Hazmat will not be shipped by air. Drop ship fee is $10.00.
