This service brought lost luggage from a Southwest flight to Memphis, driving it to our house 72 miles away. Given that they delivered on Christmas Day and had to contend with deliveries for the 30-50 other people whose luggage hadn't arrived with them on the Southwest flight, they did fine.

I am so frustrated flew in to Memphis today on AA flight, I originally did not plan on checking my carry on luggage but AA Gate Agents forced me and others to check in our carry on bags as they said the plane was small, the check in was free of charge they said, I was hesitant but they insisted. When I arrived at Memphis AIrport, my checked in carry on bags did not come out of the conveyor, I complained to the baggage claim agent and sure enough it was left in Dallas. The Baggage claim agent promised me that my luggage will be delivered today, I called around 9pm and live agent said that it arrived at the airport, and is being picked up by J & W Delivery. I did not sleep been waiting until 12:30am, I called again the AA Baggage Customer Service, they said that it was already picked up by J & W Delivery and I asked them to call them so that I can plan my night and told them that I need my legal documents in that carry on as I could loose my house that I have been fighting for. J & W Delivery did not answer 3 phone calls of AA agent. I googled them and got their phone number and same deal did not pick up the phone. Why in the world AA trusted J & W? I am so FRUSTRATED and UPSET at this time. Rating is worst than "0"!!!!!

My cousin flew to Memphis today on AA flight and her baggage is missing. We were told that the baggage would be delivered as soon as it arrived. My cousin had her books for her ob/gyn orals in the baggage. We tried several times for the local nbr of AA baggage claim office given to us. No one ever responded. When called to 1-800... Nbr, they the baggage arrived and would be delivered shortly. They kept saying the same thing all day. Finally we gave up and drove to airport to pick up the bag. The guy at the office was so irresponsible and was in no mood to respond properly. He told the bag was picked up at 3pm for the delivery and he cant disclose the local delivery office nbr. As we came out of the airport at 9pm, we got a call from the delivery company that the bag is on our way. We got anothet call at 11:45 asking if we can accept the delivery in next 1hr. Which part of the memphis does it take 1hr to drive( forgetting that the bag was picked up for delivery at 3pm)... This company's service sucks and so is the AA's service.
