Friendly staff and best customer service I have received in a long time. I was in and out with an oil change in 30 minutes. I will be returning to this store more often.

They are awesome! Super nice and honest

This gateway location has the worst customer service ever.. I purchased a tire on may 5 and waited over 3 hours before the job was complete. On June 2, I had a blow out on the same tire that was purchased less than 4 weeks ago. After taking the tire back into this location was advised by the assisting manager they did not have this tire in stock and it would be 2 days later before he would have one in. Did not try to check other stores until i asked, he then stated their other store on poplar which is miles away did and i could go there.. After i was upset he then called to the location and stated he will go and pick up first thing next morning and i could be there at 0800 to have tire put on... Well arrived at 8:38 and was told he could not go and get the tire and he was having a courier service to bring and they would arrive in a few minutes.... I was there for now 1 hour still no tire.. when i questioned was then told he was'nt sure what time it will get there. I advised him to please contact me once the tire arrive and at about 12:00 after hearing from noone i contacted another location which was closer to question about the tire and was told the location on Raines Rd, had 3 of these tires and the other location i asked this assistant manager about on goodman also had 3 of the same tires, which this manager told me they did not... Never Had An EXPERIENCE SO HORRIBLE....PLEASE DRIVE HOW EVER MANY MILES TO GET TO ANOTHER GATEWAY TIRES. NOT THIS ONE OTHER THAN THIS ONE.
