These guys are great. They found a great, inexpensive solution to my bent rim problem, were very personable and got me in and out of there fast. I would trust them with my cars anytime.

I'm a 27 year old guy from Mississippi who has newly relocated to Memphis, everyone else wanted to.charge me $35 bucks a tire to balance my 22 inch rims and they had to be off the car, gateway way charged me $20 a tire and took the off themselves. This was extremely cheaper and convenient. Would recommend to anyone and I would definatley return.

it was a terrible time it took them four hours to do what i could have done in fourty five minutes in my dive way. They the away my old air filter BEFORE asking me to replace it then way over charged for a new one. There is also oil all over my steering wheel and door i will never go back

Charles was so friendly and helpful. The sort of person that you can't help but smile around because they're obviously so engerized and passionate about what they're doing. The people at Gateway were prompt and responsive. Even when I told them I'd be taking the car to another mechanic in Texas for some of the work , they weren't offended. Prices were reasonable and Charles clearly explained where all the charges came from before I paid. I'll definitely be going back as long as I'm in Memphis.
