Environmental Compliance & Testing (ECT) is a Memphis based full service environmental consulting firm. Our Services include Phase 1, 2 & 3 Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Properties, air testing including mold sampling and inspection, storm water, process water, waste water and soil sampling and testing. We are certified to conduct asbestos sampling and testing for lead-based paint. Our consultants are experienced in permit applications for Air, Water, and Hazardous Materials and the ongoing compliance required of those permits. We are experienced in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC) development, preparing Self Monitoring Reports for the City, Form Rs and Tier 2 for the State, and Air Emissions monitoring and calculations for the County and the state. ECT is also experienced in Landfill Monitoring Well sampling and testing, and handling superfund and brownfields sites. In addition to the Midsouth and TN our consultants regularly service clients with facilities in MO, MS, AR, KY, AL and LA. We can provide Professional Engineer (PE) certification for these states.
