Staff was nice but I came in there with a bad knee and they ran me all over the place trying to find a usable restroom. I was sent there because they claimed to have an open MRI. Multiple employees repeatedly assured me it was an open MRI. I get in the room and IT IS NOT AN OPEN MRI. It is a standard MRI with a larger opening to accommodate moderately overweight patients. The guy assured me it was open while I was standing there looking at it. And it's in a room with a low ceiling and the room is not much larger than the machine. I have seen photos of open MRI's, and this was not even close. you have wasted my time and money because now I have to go find a driver and be sedated, which requires returning another day and taking another day off work.

I think this diagnostic imaging clinic is terrible!!! The staff is rude and inconsiderate to patients in pain. They make you wait for a long time too. I would give them no stars, but that's not an option... Do not go to this place, it is a waste of your time and money.
