Please don't rent from this lady, she is a slumlord.The house has a lot of problems; should has the sewage backup in the bathroom 2 to 3 times monthly and she doubles the plumber bill after she gets the invoice and then gets to tells you that it is your responsiblety to pay it and she will not give you a copy of the invoice that the plumber gave her. If you don't pay it she calls your job, comes up to your job and even threatens your kids. There also has other problems There is also a bad water link under the kitchen sink that she call being fix temp which is now linking again, black mold in the bathroom closet and the living floor is just piece together and is chipping away. I paid for my own plumber to come and unstop the sewage that was backing up in the house and he pulled out tree roots and dead rats out of the outside line and said that is what was stoping up the sewage and that this was a temp fix until she has the tree removed. The neighborhood is ok..
