I purchased a satellite system from them and paid for their installer to come and install. They told me I needed a universal remote and a 4 way switch which I purchased. When the installer came three weeks later he said you don't need these take them back. When I got to the store I was told it's been over 30 days no refunds! Very bad customer service on their part! I sure won't go back ever!
