As a traveler from Chicago I was welcomed with open arms in this store. My sister, who is from Los Angeles needed help with her iPhone and sales consultant Millie Smith went all out to help her. A very friendly and engaging employee. That has become a rarity these days. When I left the store on Friday, 4/25/14, I inadvertently left my wallet containing credit cards, ID, and a large amount of cash. I phoned the store and reported it and within minutes Ms. Smith informed me that the security guard, who name escapes me, noticed the wallet and tried to catch me to return it as I drove away. When I returned to the store they greeted me in the parking lot with my wallet and all of its contents. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed by their kindness and professionalism. My trip to Memphis would've been ruined without the help from these stellar employees. Southern hospitality is alive and well at 6267 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. Kudos to them. They truly exhibit excellence in customer service!!!
