Honestly, I shouldn't even have to select 1 star. I don't know who trained these people, but they are the most unprofessional mechanics that my family has ever worked with. We try to support local businesses, but what's the point of doing that when you get crappy service? Took too long to get a response on what was wrong with my vehicle, and when it was fixed, something else was wrong and they didn't even bother to tell me. So now, I am stuck with these sorry repairs, and will end up having to pay for the dealer to fix what they messed up.

Not only that, my car was left out in the open for an entire weekend. I received no receipt of dropping my car off, and my car was not put into the secured lot on the adjacent side of their building. This is NOT the same place it used to be. I'd rather take my car to the dealer and get quality service.

RIP OFFS! I took my Ford pickup in for an electrical problem and was told that it would cost approximately $125.00 to repair and take about 2 hours.

Somehow that turned into two days and $400.00. I was told that all of the electrical wires underneath the truck had somehow been cut and the truck would have to be completely rewired.

They handed me a part that they claimed to have already replaced that cost $100.00. I told them I could not afford the fix, paid for the part, an extra hundred for labor, took my truck and left.

Went to another garage a few days later where I was informed that no wires were ever cut or missing, nor did any need to be replaced.

The used part that they handed me was not even made for my truck. Like I said. Ripoffs.
