If you have a repair issue, do not call them. The 24/7 service call time doesn't actually mean they will fix it .... it is just that they will tell you what the problem is and then make you wait for 2 and a half weeks until they get around to your issue. Had I realized they were unreliable and I couldn't actually count on them to repair a piece of equipment they installed themselves, I would have had a different company install my A/C. Save yourself hassle later on and go with a company that prioritizes their customers.
