Vytra has the worst customer service I have recently experienced. They don't know how to connect you to the right person and some of them are extremely rude. Their website is also terrible. There is no easy way to look up a doctor. The links take you in circles and it's difficult to find the information you need. We are very dissatisfied with their whole system. They need to delete everything and start over again.
