after a three year battle as a passenger on a boat, I was forced to sign off on the suit, because as soon as I reported his friend (adjuster) for insurance fraud, my suit was no longer a strong law suit According to Tom. The adjuster told me hes very good friends with Tom Mele. When I asked if this decision was because they are friends, Tom said who? I dont know this adjuster. How do you not know someone who told you they are very good friends?. It was obviously a lie. I dont know how this firm operates but its obviously not in the best interest of the client.
