We used Sears to remodel our full kitchen and they were nice and polite at first, after the contract was signed they were not compliant and prompt when there were issues. They were not professional and had false promises. Think twice before using them to work on your home. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

BEWARE!! They are the worst to deal with. Had my HVAC unit installed in 2009 and till today, 2013, there was never a permit pulled and going to court almost every 2 weeks due to building code violations.. Once they got your money you are absolutely screwed!!! Would never use there services again for anything they absolutely suck.
