As our business does not have virtual office capabilities - such as video conferencing and digital white boards - we rented the conference room at IO Melville a few times for presentations to clients overseas and on the West Coast. The service, price and amenities were excellent for our needs.

my Aunt used this firm and was happy with them. They were as helpful as they can be my Aunt decided to wait a while.

I was a customer for around 7 years with them, with all the *cons this company comes with, I've never complained. To start I've signed a one year agreement with ITO MELLVILE and I left a $600 deposit, After I finished the first year with them I've satisfied my agreement and I've continued with them on a month to month, but my $600 deposit was never returned. May 2017 they've decided to increase their premium by 100 percent, initially I thought to stick around with them so not having to go to shop for a new place so I agreed, they made me sign "I Agree" on a letter that said 12 month agreement. (Do you start to see where I'm going with this?) 2 days later I told them that with my best intentions I will have to let them go because my company can't afford the hundred percent increase, so they replied that I can't because I'm in a contract, so I told them that it's already 6 years that I'm on a month to month, and the new agreement didn't start yet, because we are still a month ahead of your new agreement and only 2 days since you notified the rate increase, so they replied that in order to get out of the agreement I'll need to pay them an additional 3 monthes (besides that they just took a month in advance, because they always bill ahead) and of course I'm not getting back my $600 deposit. So here am I it's now July and 2 months passed where I feel being violated by this company.

They never gave me a run down of who my clients who called me are.
I never challenged them for why I need to pay for wrong number calls, hung ups, and just saying no to advertisers. (Remember that this company charges by the call not by how long they work for you).
They never told me a total number my line received so I should not be able to adjust my package.
To sum it up, this owner lacks honesty and respect.
