Alan Cohen and company were my accountants business and personal CPA's for 2 years, transferred from my previous CPA without my full knowledge.

They regularly took weeks to months to respond back to our inquiries without constant email followups by myself or bookkeeper.

In addition, Cohen filed extensions for returns for 2017 and 2018 even though his firm had all needed documents weeks well in advance.

I do not feel they had any interest in my business, simply wanted to get thru with doing our returns whenever they had time - then bill 1900.

I have since taken my business elsewhere.
