Nice folks, very easy to work with. I love my Subaru and am so happy to have a dealership and Service Dept here in Melbourne. I talked to every dealership in a 200 mile radius and Subaru of Melbourne matched or beat every price.

The General Manager and his Staff are a bunch of crooked liars! I drove two hours to get to this dealership after being told that they had me approved for financing and they would give me ex amount for my trade. I had everything in writing through email. It was even signed by the Gen Manager! After sitting there for about an hour the sales rep came out to tell me that I wasn't approved and that they don't know why there people would tell me that I was approved. I asked to speak to the Manager and that's when a Guy came out that was dressed like he should have been working as the Janitor. He said that he was the Gen Manager and walked me to the door. After he walked outside I followed him and he began to raise his voice at me and my wife. He said that he would not take anyone talking down about his employees "liars". I only said that his people lied and he lied in writing! He then stepped towards my wife and started raising his voice towards her! That's when I had enough and told him I wouldn't ever do business with a bunch of crooks that had to lie to get me on the lot! If I were you reading this I would stay clear of this place! They are not it any way respectful or truthful. Check the BBB.
