Called and scheduled an appointment to walk my roof and give me an estimate of repair or replacement. Arrived on time. Honest said, I did not need a new roof. Could repair the damage and gave an outstanding estimate for the repair. Repair was scheduled for the same day and was completed within 3 hours of the estimate being given. Totally "Outstanding Service."
Ralph Carpenter and his company were amazing. I was dreading this project, but it was such a good experience. They treated me so well and they did an excellent job. When the wind mitigation company came to do the inspection report they told me that when the roof inspectors need a new roof Ralph Carpenter is their guy!!! It's wonderful to now have such confidence in my new roof. L.Moore
My 92 year old neighbor ask me to help choose a contractor for a new roof on her house. As a GE project engineer I developed a spread sheet for her with the important feather needed for a new roof. She took this spread sheet and went to town contacting many (6-7) roofing contractors she got bids from some and she visited the offices of all. Ralph Carpenter came out on top as we made the final selection. He checked of all the boxes and was by far superior. There are many roofing contractors but few good ones, His team showed up on time and did great work. They keep the yard clean all of the time ad are true professionals. If you need a new roof don't bother with a spread sheet just go to Ralph
FYI, I own a professional inspection company and work closely with Ralph Carpenters customers providing them with wind mitigation services. Almost every time during the inspection the customer will voluntarily mention that Ralph's professionalism is second to none and he is a good person. The products used are always top notch, appropriate for the application and correctly installed. I recommend you call him if you are in the market for a new roof or repair to find out for yourself.
The Best expirience Ive had with a construction company. Professional and down to earth, these boys are local and put quality and customer(me) first. It was refreshing to find small town accountability down here in Melbourne Fl.
