I recently went to party city in west Melbourne to purchase a piata for my daughters birthday party. I went there with my daughter and my neice. I waited for someone on the floor to assist me in getting the piata down from a rack hanging from the ceiling well after trying to get some ones attention for about 15 minuets I waited in line to be helped. After the person in front of me was helped the girl at the counter asked the gentleman behind me if he needed help it was so rude because I had been waiting to be helped and was look over as if I wasn't there so I finlly went and found a ladder brought it to the isle and got the piata down myself. Then the next day I look an the feet of the pintata that I paid almost $30 for and it had no cardboard in the bottom and wwas ripping so I had to buy duck tape just to hold it together for the party. I will never shop there again. The customer service was horrible and so was the product.
