I had to hire another firm to fix the ducting which they had done as if they had no idea what they were doing. They were unable to follow directives until I had to get upset with them. One of the things they did was to "attach" a 12" diameter piece of ducting to a 10" flange with a tie-wrap, not even any tape. The duct was spewing conditioned air into the crawl space.
