If you are planning to purchase something, the shop is ok. If you are going to consign items then beware!!! How do you lose two pair of brand new boots, deny you have been given certain clothing that is on your list. Multiple other quirky and strange happenings.This is not the first time I have consigned clothing, I have in the past consigned with other shops and have been very satisfied with the experience. I should have trusted my instincts the first day I brought items in. So if you are looking to shop, you may have a good experience. However.....think twice about consigning. I would think by now she would have good systems in place. THIS IS JUST A BEWARE AND HEADS UP FOR CONSIGNING ITEMS.

This was my first time using this consignment service. Not at all impressed and will never return. As friendly as I tried to be, the Seller was rude and could care less about the care of my items. When I returned to pick up my items, although I called and set up an appointment to pick them up, nothing was ready for me and I had to rummage thru the shop looking for my items. One dress could not be found and there was no record of a sale, so I had to return yet again the following week to check if it was sold or still there. After 10 min of looking thru all the rounders yet again, the proprietor then informed me that my item sold. I thought that was a bit inconsiderate. Not worth it....I won't be returning, ever!

I love this boutique!!! The prices are great. I always find something new. The costumer service is great. The store is so organized everything in order some signs explaining the sales and also when they ask you to leave your bag in one of the lockers or in your car, that way you get the keep the Key, can shop hands free! I love the idea, and also the fact that she does not discriminate and ask only the younger lady's that shop in the store to lock up the bags. The owner is very creative the colors and the art work is just beautiful. Michele's Closet is my first choice to go shopping for years now!

Don't get all the negative reviews about Michele's. I have shopped there ever since she opened and her store is great. Michele's Closet carries a huge variety of merchandise at great prices. She has a big clearance room filled with treasures starting at 50 cents & up. I have also consigned with Michele many times & can tell you that I always make good money for the items I bring in... also if you want your items back that don't sell you are welcome to collect them before she puts them in clearance room. To all you ladies that have nothing better to do than complain about Michele, maybe you should take a minute & read terms of her consignment agreement!

I have been a customer since she had her store in Indian Harbor Bch before she expanded. She is rude, her locker system is a joke and the clothes are ok. Some are way overpriced. Not a great experience. I will not go back.

I went to Micheles closet with 46 great condition pieces of clothing. After 45 days I returned and was given $20.50. Then realized after 45 days she takes possesion of your items. I was basiclly scammed and she ripped me off for all my profit. And she was so rude both times I don't know why I left my things in the first place. I cannot believe she can run a business and treat people like this. I guess if I made a living cheating people out of their money I would be a rude person also. Luckily my life is good and LIve and learn. Don't consign your things here!!!!
