Booked this shuttle in Orlando for transportation to Port Canaveral. The morning of they called and said they would be late, which at that point was fine. 45 minutes after they were to be there at there late arrival, still did not show up. When I tried to call them got no answer, kept trying to call and no answer. Then I called and got some lady who didnt know anything about when they were going to arrive. Ended up having to take an uber to get to our destination. Then received a call from them saying they were there to pick us up and were only 5 minutes late. They were more than one hour late, Absoulute ridiculous experience with this shuttle service. The contact lady for the shuttle completely is unprofessional, texting my phone with messages. I would not recommend them to anyone, if you want to get where you are going on-time. The lady who runs this service is completely incompetent and very unprofessional.

The very nice dispatcher sent a van over quite promptly, and my driver Tom was extremely pleasant to ride with.

I travel at least once per week for business, and have used the shared shuttle service for the past two years until I mistakenly stumbled upon these guys. I am glad that I did! I've been using them for three months now and they've yet to disappoint me. Try them and see for yourself!
