• Primary Care
  Insurance Authorization: If your insurance requires prior authorization for your scheduled procedure(s), please be sure to follow-up with our office to ensure it is obtained, before your appointment. For some insurances, your Primary Care Provider will have to obtain the authorization and some authorizations can take 2-4 weeks to be obtained.

  For nearly all insurance plans, a patient must be 50 years or older. Please be aware there are other criteria for a screening colonoscopy.
