Horrible experience, rescheduled my Appt to the last minute of event, when I showed the lady I was met with was extremely unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing- asked for a simple highlight and she could t even do that- so big event and left hanging when I needed help- stylist apparently has no clue what she is doing or has something better to do and didnt want to stay to help me with a simple highlight either way not appropriate or professional. I'm not difficult and I begged her to just help me with anything or something that looked better than what I had asking her advice as a prpfessional and I was told I Dont think in can do it?!!! Wow I asked for some help any help whatever she could do and she couldn't offer any assistance so I was told can't do your hair, no reason really muct have had something to do or just unprofessional _ horrible experience for me- when I went back in for a refund we were then lied to about the manager not being there when she was sitting right there and no apologies or anything for the horror I went through on my big day- worst experience ever- go somewhere else- plenty of great hair salons who actually care about helpin . 0 stars is really my option.

Ariel was amazing!! I recommend her to anyone!! She was very knowledgable and she helped me get my hair back from being thin and unhealthy to healthy and amazing! Awesome staff..awesome service!! Totally recommend this salon to anyone!

Had an appointment with "Faith" she is amazing the entire staff is friendly, the appointment was very prompt, she made me feel right at home, I almost fell asleep in the shampoo bowl. She colored my hair and I am very happy with it, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high quality hair care, they are very up to date with styles.

Great job on my hair today Mickayla. I love it. Also, the salon is beautiful. Love the hair washing basins...the most comfortable I've been in (all while looking at beautiful chandeliers). Salon is immaculate. Finally, Michayla has a knack for mixing colors to get just the right shade. Love this place.

I'm fairly new in town & gave Jennifer James salon a try - and I loved it! I've been back twice! The staff is friendly, the salon is clean and comfortable. Terri was my Master Stylist, and she is great with both cut and color. I would highly recommend her! She is always very concerned that she does a good job and you leave a happy customer.

I had my first visit today at Jennifer James Hair, it was a fantastic experience. The environment was very comfortable and I felt as if I had been going here for years. The staff is super sweet and made me feel at home. The salon is beautiful and very clean.

My stylist was Faith, and she is one of the best in the business. I've been to various salons throughout south Florida and was rarely satisfied with my hair.

I went in with a vision of what I wanted, I explained it to Faith and she exceeded my expectations.

I'm really glad I do not have to search for a salon here in Melbourne.

What an awesome salon! Brittany is wonderful and not only listened to what I wanted but went above and beyond to give me the perfect color and cut. All of the staff is super friendly and professional and the environment is very welcoming with good music and a well decorated layout. First off, let me just say that before going to this salon, I was going to a different one for about a year. I felt like I was never getting what I wanted/asked for, and was never really happy with my hair. I finally decided to be brave and look for another salon, and I came across Jennifer James Hair Color Xperts- and I am so glad I did! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a very sweet group of ladies. Samantha was the stylist that colored and cut my hair. I told Samantha exactly what I wanted, and I was pleasantly surprised that I actually got exactly WHAT I WANTED! I have been a truly happy customer ever since! Samantha, Faith, Jennifer, and everyone else that works there are always so happy and sweet to everyone. I am not sure what "sherryoliver" is talking about but Samantha ALWAYS does exactly what I tell her to do. I have never left there being less than ecstatic about the way my hair looks. My sister even started getting her hair done here because she loves how mine looks. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer James Hair Color Xperts!!

I went here yesterday after 15 weeks of drinking protein shakes to help my hair grow out a super bad cut from a different salon. I called for an appointment requesting an "Artistic Designer" and got in the same day. I took with me a picture of the cut and color I am in love with but after spending $185 I walked out of there hating the cut and color that looks NOTHING like the picture. A 2nd-year rookie did a better job with the same picture earlier this year. So very disappointing that Samantha didn't listen to my wishes and try to at least make it similar. 15 weeks of letting my bangs grow to be long side-swept only to have them wacked off from ear to ear with no face-framing pieces on either side. Never trust a stylist that turns you away from the mirror to do your entire cut and styling. It's really a shame because otherwise the salon was great but I won't be going back.

I am new to the area and didn't know where to go. Thank goodness i went to this salon and had Sarah do my hair!! She new exactly what i wanted and the color turned out awesome!! Definitely found my new hairstylist!

This salon is awesome! I have had my hair foiled by Lindsay and Samantha and they both do a superb job! I have never had my foil highlights so close to my scalp! Love them and will never change salons!

This was a great salon! Wonderful prices and sarah was great! I am a very picky person and it was well done@!

Sarah is fantastic!!! I was very pleased with my hair cut. I hadn't been to a salon in years and was quite impressed with Sarah. She is awesome. She was able to cut my hair exactly how I told her.
