We hired Detect Alert to replace a security system wire that had broken (not originally installed by them). Though the technician was able to replace the wire, he messed with our keypad and messed up the settings we had on our keypad. When I asked him to return the settings to the way they were, he said he couldn't do it without a master code from the company who installed it! Also, he was about to leave without even showing me that the alarm was now working at the location where he replaced the wire. On the plus side, the company did charge me a good price, and the alarm wire IS fixed and working, so despite the issues above, I would give them a 3-star rating.
