I have two children currently attending Coral Reef. I couldn't be happier with my choice of child care centers. The facility is clean and the staff members are kind and care about the children. The center is also NECPA certified and even has the staff members' credentials displayed in their hallway "hall of fame." I love the fact that you have to have a code to get in. I also love that it's perfectly fine if I drop in on my children whenever I want and there is always someone in the lobby to great me.

They hiring cheap employee off from the street with no experience, no compassion. The quality of care is very poor.

my son only 7 months old. I cut my son nail and file off every week, but he came home with multiple finger nails scratched on his forehead and a piece of skin came off bleeding close to his left eyes. This Day care place said that was my son did it to him self, but they didn't know that I cut his nail and file it off this morning. The nail mark on his forehead was another scratch him from behind his head. My baby couldn't talk so they can say anything. This people very defensive, they don't care about my concern about the safety for my baby. They sound very sweet, but wait until your child stay at there place.

We had been search for many day care places and pick this place for my first child. this day care center seem to be very clean on the appearance, but after your child been there you can see the quality of care is very poor. The owner seem very care for your concern, but when it come down to his employee they are careless. I am very disappointed. I told my husband if he want my baby stay in this place I will stay home to take care of him and give up my job. rather than see my son coming hom hungry and not feeling well every day.

My 2 year old attends Coral Reef. The center is large yet seems very welcoming. The staff and owners are all very nice and Professional. They also offer a lot of classes like karate, dance, Playball, and piano lessons.
