If I had to choose one word to describe Appliance Direct that word would have to be "perfect"! Between their customer service, affordable prices, same day delivery, and their huge ammont of appliances to choose from, my experience was great. I recommend Appliance Direct to everyone!

I went into Appliance Direct today and I was going to get the cheepest, low-end dryer they had but I ended up getting this super maxed out humongous Cabrio dryer for a cheeper price than I went in there expecting to pay! SWEET!!

HORRIBLE! Had to buy two different washers from them, I picked up both. Neither of them worked and they refused to pick the last one up. Will never go there again!

The worst customer service I have ever encounted ANYWHERE! Purchased a washer/dryer combo and a five burner range new, not scratch and dent and was told (see their TV advertisement) that new is in a box. Both units came uncrated and both had blemishes, small dents. I stated that these units appeared to have been floor models and I asked why they weren't crated and was told that they had to remove them from the boxed in order to inspect them for damage. LIES. After many trips to the store and heated discussions with the manager I was able to get a small return on the price. Classesless place and rude managers.

Horrible

I will never shop there again. I bought a washer that was a scratch and dent that had been used previously. When I got it home my wife did not like it, so I went to return it and get something else. They charge a 20% restocking fee, which I was not told about when I bought the washer. I feel like that is a scam. The people that worked in the store understood I was upset, but they were just following orders. When you test drive a car, do they don't charge you to drive it? NO.

I wouldn't shop here!

I was very unhappy with my service after my purchase. I had numerous problems and nobody wanted to help. I think they're extrememly lacking in the customer service department as well as quality management. I will never shop here again. They don't stand behind their product.
