brought car for body work after an accident. returned a few weeks later because air conditioning wasn't working and thought it might be related to accident. Mark looked at engine and said yes it was, and he would take care of ins. and order parts. FOUR months later (after checking in frequently) found out ins. co. had not been contacted. Mark said part was in, and they'd triied calling (why do people use this excuse in the day of caller id?). Brought car in to be seen by adjuster and fixed, only to be called and told the problem had nothing to do with accident, and was a rotten condenser. Mark kept insisting this was the fault of someone else at our regular garage, whom he never spoke to; even had the nerve to complain that he was stuck with the wrong parts he'd ordered. we absolutely know someone from Haven inspected the engine originally because we had to return the screw driver we found IN THE ENGINE after we picked it up. will NEVER use them again for anything.
