was very pleased. i did not know I could have a security system with my dog and no phone line. They put in a motion detecter that can be used since I have a dog and some sort of cell thing since I dont have a phone. I also didnt have to put any money down since it was free with a 3 year contract. the owner came out during the sale and showed up to make sure we were happy with everthing when they installed it. i will definitely recommend these guys to my friend who wants a system. its hard to find good service from anyone anymore, these dudes were awesome! UR1 Security installed a Honeywell voice system in my business. The service was great and it only took about an hour. I accidentally set the alarm off at night, the technician could have showed us how to use the system better, but for the most part I was very satisfied with everything.

did a great job. only issue was they were a half hour late and i was in a time crunch.
