Provided by DexKnowsVery poor install of carpet the installer was an hour late in showing up. it took him 5 hours to install the carpet and it was a very small job. none of the transition strips were installed right one spot you can see the floor between the carpet and the wall. when I called to complain the salesman tried to make it was all my fault that the job was not done right. I would not recommend this company to anyone what a joke !

Provided by DexKnowsThis place is literally wall to wall options. If you are in Northeast Ohio, I would strongly suggest that you come to see what they can do for whatever flooring project you are thinking about for your home or office. They have been around for a long time, too, which says something about their service. Great place and great people.

Provided by DexKnowsMy experience with Ryan, one of the owners, was less than spectacular. 30 minutes after our scheduled meeting at my home, I decided to call Ryan and see where he was. When he got on the phone, still at the store, he said âI have not forgotten about youâ. Over an hour after our schedule meeting Ryan arrives and says âsorry Iâm lateâ. I tell him Iâm not happy with him being over an hour late and not calling to let me know he was not going to be able to make it on time. He says he was in a âProduction Meeting that is scheduled for every Monday morning.â I had to ask, âWhy did you schedule a meeting with me then?â At that point he says, âIâll just refund your moneyâ and he turns to walk out. WOW, very professional! I asked Ryan if his manager would care if he was over an hour late to a meeting with a customer, this is when I find out he is one of the owners. If Ryan, as an owner, does not care about his customerâs time, I would not expect him to instill that on his employees. At least I know what Iâm working with now. Much lower expectations from the entire company. He also said they turn their phones off during Production meetings. Something I suggest they change if they are failing to meet scheduled appointments with âvaluedâ customers. This tells me we are not valued. Ryan had a difficult time understanding why I was irritated that he was late. He asked a number of times, if I had ever been late? Ryan, being late is not the problem. Being late and not calling and being late because of an internal Production meeting is the problem.
