Highway robbery. 2 to 3 times the price of local contractors. They subcontract all their work anyway.

I called Dynamerican to fix a leak at a ball valve. We called at 4:00. The initial contact was very good. The on call plumber was a disaster. He showed up 3 hours later than scheduled (we had several calls to him- that he was on his way). When he showed up he didn't have a valve on his truck- which by the way looked like a junk yard had fallen into it. His plan B was to rig something up that might work (which made our small leak turn into a huge problem since he removed the entire ball valve and couldn't get it back on again). When that didn't work I told him I would prefer he come back and actually fix the problem- as long as he didn't charge us for two service call. He agreed to come back the next morning at 7:30. At 8:00 I called my missing plumber and woke him up. The leak is in the main line coming into our house. Now we are on day two of no water. Will never call this company again and cannot recommend to anyone else.

Excellent Service & On-Time

We had an emergency sewer backup in the Fall of 2009. It was a weekend evening and someone

came out at midnight and we were thrilled with the low cost. Now it is Spring 2010 and we had

a major clog of some sort in a 2nd floor pipe. 8:30am - 12:00pm they were in our house working

hard and getting filthy dirty with pipe 'scum' and the cost was just over $200.00. I have a very handy

husband but a 'Pipe Snake' of our own was not getting us anywhere... Plumber costs frighten me for

whatever reason and yet the only plumbers I've used thus far? Dynamerican... and I am not scared

anymore.... GREAT people and GREAT service and SO AFFORDABLE!
