It was a pleasure doing business with you 18 years ago and it was a pleasure doing business with you today, much to my delight because the old say nothing stays the same is sure not true with your company. Your integrity is the same. You send a service man named Chase. He is professional, courteous and polite. He explained everything to me (a senior citizen)- what he was doing-what had to be done-He gave me alternatives. He never tried to force any thing on me. He explained the cost line by line.
