Established in 1922, South Media Fire Company is a firefighting organization that provides fire protection and fire suppression services for residential and commercial clients. It maintains a fleet of various fire handling and rescue equipment, such as an automated external defibrillator, high-pressure pumps, diesel fire engines, ladders, pumpers, tankers, light towers and ambulances. South Media Fire Company is an all-volunteer company that serves more than 14,000 individuals annually.
