This company insists on having you use their website to get your records. Not only is it not a user friendly site but it is impossible to do anything on that sight. I have asked them repeatedly to PLEASE just mail me the records. And every time I send in a payment (because it is impossible to pay online) they send me an email that says you can now download your records (again is impossible to do). So I will now call them AGAIN to ask them to mail my records and to take me off the list to have them downloaded, UUGGHH!!!
