Ordered a coolata and had a coupon for a medium iced coffee for .99. The guy ignored the coupon and when we questioned him, he kept rambling and told us to use it next time. Eventually we got too annoyed to keep dealing with him so we left. I don't frequent Dunkin donuts so there's never going to be a next time and this kind of service makes it definite.



The coolata had a sour taste to it so something in it was definitely spoiled. The iced coffee was also very watered down. All in all, I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

On 7-18-2014. I was in drive thru in media pa. I requested ice latte and got hot. There was a gentlemen name Bai and a lady yelling at me saying it wasnt. They said they wasn't going to make it. Then they said to I would've to pay more money. What kind of service is this.... never going there.

Dunkin' Donuts has a very good variety of delicious FRESHLY-baked donuts & bagels. The coffee is amazing. Delicious breakfast sandwiches, too!
