Roxanne (Receptionist) is the leading reason for the bad review. I have tried contacting Kevin her manager according to Roxanne. Every time I call to talk with Kevin, about Roxanne's behavior on the phone, Roxanne puts me on hold and then hangs up. I cannot contact the proper authority in this business to report this behavior because I can not get past Roxanne.
