We stayed at the hotel for two nights. After the first nigh in the Executive suite we asked to cancel our next night after finding the shower head was about 5'7 and my son is 6'1, two plug-ins did not work including the one for the coffee pot, grr. and lastly everytime someone walked down the hall the wall hanging banged against the wall. After the request to cancel the second day we were offered a 20 dollar discount and since my husband was out with our sons and not reachable by cell my daughter and I thought it would be easier than moving ourselves and maybe we are too picky. The next morning while we were gathering our belongings to go my son dropped something off of the bed and when he wetn to get it he found two pills and we googled them and found one was an antiobotic and the other a seizure medicine. Thank god my son is 11 and did not put them in his mouth. After that point I looked on the other side of the bed and found a black hair scrunchie under the nightstand. I told the front desk about the meds found and hair tie and received nothing othe than a sorry. For the xtra money we spent to get the best room that was offered we have never been more disappointed and felt like we just stayed in a filthy room. I would never recommend to anyone. We travel here for baseball and my husband works in Medford 2 nights a week in the summer months so we are always looking for a good hotel, we have had better luck with holiday inns.
