The head guy came out, shook our hands and made sure everything was going good for us. Randall Grealish was our salesman, he was friendly, no pressure and answered all our questions. He took us on our test drives of my new Smart Car and explained the car and its features as we were driving and getting a feel for the car. Michael Purcilly, also helped us with my new car and made sure I understood everything about the car before I drove off. And Michael was just as nice as Randall. I want to add, even when I was indecisive about a few things, both Randall and Michael remained very patient and helped me through the process. I would gladly do business with them again.

I've order parts from Medford Mercedes-Benz for 1980 450SL and my experience has been wonderful. Jeff Lillman in the parts department has gone "above and beyond" in making sure that I get the correct parts. He has advised me more than once to try other options prior to spending money on parts that I don't need. For exampe...there are only 4 of those in the US you might consider trying cleaning this part first. I live on the East Coast and buy my parts from Medford through the on-line service. Prices and Service are great. Excellent!

I live on the east coast but recently ordered a number of parts for our older Mercedes. Cameron Smith was very helpful in tracking down the parts and they arrived quickly. It was great to be able to reach him by phone so easily. This is quite different than some other online MB parts suppliers

Russell Manzone is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He is very polite and friendly. Is he not pushy or aggressive in his selling style. He states the facts without over-exaggerating. He is forthright and transparent. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz.
