Chuck, the owner, seemed like a really nice guy when I came in to buy a bed from him. He had a used latex mattress listed on Craigslist, which seemed great on first inspection and which I bought. When the mattress ended up having some major problems that weren't visible at time of purchase, I went back in to talk with Chuck about it. It was a classic case of Jeckyll and Hyde. Chuck proceeded to escalate the situation over and over, getting incredibly angry, aggressive and condescending towards me. He did actually call me later, apologizing for "acting like an a**hole" to quote him, and offered to let me take another used mattress in exchange, but as we were specifically looking for a latex mattress, this was no help. I made several suggestions on how we could work it out, but he was unwilling to budge in any other way and failed to respond to my couple emails attempting to follow up and clear up the situation. I would suggest that if you are considering buying a mattress from him, make sure there is a very clear return policy in writing. If he is unwilling to work with a customer on a relatively small change deal like a used mattress which he took as a "free haul away" (and could easily have bought back from us and resold in the same used condition he sold it to us in), I don't know how he'd act over something much more expensive as a new mattress. So BUYER BEWARE!

I was promised that if I did not like my mattress, I could return it. Then when I couldnt sleep on it, they said I could only trade up to a more expensive model.
