I don't typically do this sort of thing (complain) and usually just see it as a waste of time BUT I wanted to write a quick note for others that may look up the reviews on a business before they make an appointment. Basically I agree with all of the review here in some way or another and would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Cindy, the....I guess a "helper" of some sort (she says she is the optician but I can't believe that) was one of the most unprofessional and rude costumer service employee I have ever encountered at a place of business. The Doctor was so-so but it is the staff I had to put up with that finalized my decision to write a review. I will never go back and recommend that whoever reads this heads this and the previous warnings and uses another office for your needs. I hope this helps someone.

I really did not like the way that the staff treated my elderly mother and myself. The staff was very rude and dare I ask a question I was treated like I was completely ignorant wince I am not familiar with the technical terms that the black hair lady was using to try to make herself feel smarter than others. I am a business professional with a college degree and I know how to treat others with respect and the Doctor that practices there should be a lot wiser when it comes to hiring his staff when it comes to attitude and dealing with the public. I am not returning and will not recommend this clinic to anyone I meet.

I found this business in the yelow pages book, unfortunatly I did not check online first. this was the most UNPROFESSIONAL office I have ever encountered!! After the rude employees and the quick once over they "lost" my glasses. I was told that it would only take 7-10 days to get my glasses and it took 3 weeks with about 3 different explanations why it wasn't their fault until someone slipped and said that it was never ordered. I finally got my glasses last week (4-18) and the prescription wasn't even right and they had to send them back again!!! PLEASE do NOT go to this "business" it is not worth the time and they are more expensive (which I found out later). Learn from my experience please.



One unhappy, never returning costumer.

My experience was beyond awful. The staff was rude and some lady actually swore and walked out of the room and left me and my young child there alone in the office for almost an hour until the Doctor finally came in to do my exam. The lady that did my tests before the Doctor came in was the one that swore out load and walked off. It was hard to explain to my daughter that the lady was just a little crazy. I recently went back for a re-check since she messed up on my testing and the only nice person that worked there wasn't there anymore so this was the last time that I will be going to that office. I have never in my life been in an office so unprofessional!! If you can't handle the job find another dont swear and walk out like your client isn't even there!! That Doctor must have something wrong with him if this is who he has working for him and when I asked the "lady" how long she had been his assistant she had said three years so he must be crazy as well.

To add to all of this My prescription I was given was wrong and that was why I had to go back the second time. Let me just say all I did was get my new and hopefully right prescription and get out of there and go to Binyons.

I had been a long time patient until the staff the got working there in the last 3 years. Now I have moved on to a much better office.

The lady that does the billing was ALWAYS messing up my insurance billing and when I would go to call her she would never call back or she was sick or on vacation so I had to finally go down there to speak to her and she yelled at me telling me she was right and went to get proof but then came back with her tail between her legs saying she was sorry she mad a mistake. I KNEW THAT!

And the lady that took me back before the doctor looks more of a retired "dancer" than a business person. The doctor was nice but there is obviously something wrong with him if this is what kind of staff he hires for his practice. There used to be one nice lady there with short bleached hair who at least tried to make things right but she isn't there anymore, she probably wisened up a little.



I would not ever go back again!!!!!!
