I had my eye exam on december 14th and recieved my glasses on December 22nd. Usually they dilated my eyes but because there was a holiday party going on they didnt. When I got my new glasses, I wore them for 2 days but they felt strange, so I went back to my old glasses. Finally, I got an appointment with a different eye doctor. It turned out that the new prescription was totally wrong, the old glasses were fine, the new lens I received were wrong. I spoke with the Manager, she refused to give me new lens with the correct prescription. She was also rude and unwilling to come to any agreement. I have been going there over 20 years. They have lost a customer, I will NEVER GO BACK there again! The Manager Jamie was rude and disrespectful, I never thought the lens themselves were wrong. The old glasses were okay, Dr. Berlatt made a mistake, instead of saying okay, the Manager said it was my fault for not going back immediately, with all of the snow storms, and the difficulty of getting an
