I have been a client of House Call Computer Service for a number of years. During that time HCCS has answered many phone calls for help, assisted me through several hardware and software upgrades, installed a LAN at my home, and provides me with a continuing nightly off-site file backup. Through all of this, HCCS service has been consistently outstanding. Response has been prompt, courteous and completely professional. The breadth of their technical knowledge and ability is impressive. The off-site back up provides me great peace of mind and this service has been a saving factor when I lost a group of files.
